30 WeEkS!

I am now 30 weeks pregnant! I'm so excited because I only have 10 Weeks left until the baby is here:D Shane and I can't wait. She has been every active, she is always kicking and rolling around. It's so amazing. Shane has been able to feel her and even see her kick and roll! There have been a couple of times that she has sat on one side of my stomach and you can see exactly where she is and you can feel her even more. I can't even imagine what it's going to be like when she is here.

The Lights are hung and the Tree is Done!

It's that time of year! Shane and I had a fun weekend hanging up the christmas lights and decorating the tree and our home!(my mom came and helped me with the tree I was having a hard time) We both LOVE Christmas It's our favorite holiday to decorate for and get into the spirit of things. We have already got some presents wrapped and under the tree! This is going to be our last Christmas before the baby comes and we couldn't be more excited!! Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving was so much fun this year. Shane woke up to go play Football with the Miner boys and when he came down stairs to get ready he noticed that our cat daisy wanted to get into the pantry so he opened it up and she darted into the pantry and grabbed something in her month and Shane swore that it was a mouse so he followed her down stairs where he found daisy with her back to him, when he called her name she dropped what was in her mouth which didn't stay in the same spot it took off running and so did daisy after the mouse. She followed it into the laundry room, So shane runs up stairs laughing and telling me that daisy caught a mouse (i didn't believe it though) so I went down stairs into the laundry room to find a dead mouse and daisy sitting there playing with it, it was hilarious because she would pick it up in her mouth and then throw it up into the air (I also thought it was sad because it looked like a pet mouse but still it wasn't!) So Shane threw away the mouse and then left to go play football while I stayed home and got ready. He had such a fun time playing Football with all the boys! When he got home he helped me clean and peel the potatoes so that we could get them ready for our Thanksgiving dinner and he also did all the dishes! (he's such a good husband!!) We had Thanksgiving Dinner at Shane's mom and dads house with all the Miner's (except Justin, Susie, and there girls we missed ya!!) It was so much FUN!! We ate way to much and got to visit with everyone! The little kids LOVE to play with Shane and it's just so cute how much he loves to play with them too! When we were done eating and visiting we headed over to my Grandparents house to be with my mom and dad and a couple of my aunts and uncles. It was so great to be able to see my family and hear how they have been. That night Shane and I started to set up our christmas tree but it just wasn't going to cut it so we ran over to Micheal's because they were having a half off sale on all of there christmas tree's. We were able to get the perfect tree for us it's tall and full! So we set it up but it got to late for us to decorate it. The next morning my mom and I went Shopping at 6 am! It was cool because we were able to get pretty much everything off of our lists and didn't run into any long lines!! (the poor losers at Target that weren't smart enough to go to the middle lines! I swear that some of those ladies were in line there until the sale was almost over! I got in a line that was only 3 people long instead or 30! in and out!!!!!) Ok i'm going to stop now!! SORRY!!

Hey everyone, Sorry I haven't written anything for awhile Shane and I have been busy moving in and we don't have any internet yet. (I have to bum off my moms) As soon as we get everything put together and what not I will post some pictures of the inside. 

R.I.P Bailey

Today I just found out that my dog Bailey had to be put to sleep. I couldn't believe when my mom called me with the news because she was so happy, playful, and healthy yesterday. My mom told me that she couldn't keep her food down and they thought that she got into some antifreeze. When she took her to the vet they told her that they found no traces of poison or anything but that her blood work showed that her liver and kidney's were failing, and that she only had about a week to live. He also said that he couldn't believe that she had made it this far because it is a very painful process. I only wish that I could have given her a kiss, told her how much I loved and was going to miss her, and then said Good-bye. I loved her so much because she was my first dog that I bought, she was everything I ever wanted. She was playful and sweet. I can still remember the day we went to pick her up. She was so scared because she didn't know what was going on but we became friends really quick. She loved to sleep right next to me in my bed it would get annoying because she would end up taking the whole dang bed but I just couldn't get mad at her because she looked so cute! She loved to go outside and go for walks, she loved to play ball with anyone even our other dogs. She loved people especially kids because they gave her the most attention. Bailey loved to have her belly rubbed, take rides in the car (even if it was just around the block) and she also loved to be around you or should I say right next to you, she just always wanted to be the center of attention but we loved that about her! The thing I will miss most about her was how she loved to howl along with you, when ever you would sing or just howl so she would! It was so cute because sometimes it was almost like she was talking to you. 

WE LOVE YOU BAILEY AND WE WILL ALL MISS YOU SO VERY MUCH!!

Our House!!!

Shane and I bought our 1st house!! We are both just so excited and can't wait  to move in. The 25th of October is the big day and we couldn't be happier.  The house is just a couple blocks down from where I grew up and is pretty close to where Shane used to live before his family built there new home. It's such an amazing neighborhood I can't wait to get back into the ward and meet the new people that have been moving in since I left. Here is a pic I got off the internet. I will post more pics once we have moved in a decorated it.

It’s a Girl!

On October 6th Shane and I went to get the ultrasound done not expecting to find out the sex of the baby (we didn't want to get our hopes up just in case) which we were right because all through out the ultrasound our little one was being very stubborn and wouldn't roll over or uncross it's little legs. The Doctor even tried to move the baby but it just kicked back and wouldn't move but we were able to hear the heart beat and see the baby. But I said a little pray in my head because i was just so excited to find out what it was and right when we were about to give up and just go with being suprised... the Doctor was able to spot the 3 lines he was looking for to see if it was a girl or not. Shane and I can't wait this just makes it that much more exciting!!

PREGO PIC... 19 Weeks!

This is my first prego picture. I didn't really think i was showing until I was told by my supervisor that hadn't seen me since i found out. So here it is for all of you who have asked for it. We are supposed to have an ultra sound in a couple of weeks and i will post some pics of that when i get a chance.

We are still thinking of other names for a boy but that has been our favorite from the beginning... and for the girl the middle name will be Ruth.

UPDATE!!

Hey haven't got on for a while so i thought i would just give you all an update with whats been going on. Ok so i will start with work for all of you who don't know where i work i work at a place called ATEC i work with handicapped adults and students about 16 years old and above.... it is the best job ever i love going to work everyday especially because now i am no longer a sub i have my own desk and about 6 or 8 clients a day that i have to supervise over. Ok so moving on now lets talk about my Pregnacy.... I am now 15 weeks well almost 16 but oh well right now 15, It's been amazing so far no sickness or anything i do get sick with smells but no morning sickness or throwing up yet. We were able to hear the babies heart beat at the last appt. and it was the most amazing thing ever!! I can't wait until the ultasound for one to see the little baby that is growing inside of me but also because i can't wait to find out what we are having i'm hoping it is a boy but i will be happy either way. I will for sure keep everyone more up to date from now on with what's going on. As for Shane and I we are doing fantastic!!! We just got approved for a home loan so we have been looking at some houses... we have yet to find one, we have loved things about some of the homes but still haven't found the perfect one yet! This week Shane has been in New York with his dad and two brothers... they went for a couple of days and seem to have had fun he's not back yet but i'm sure he had a blast! They went to the boston vs new york game and our Red Socks came out winning 11 to 3 in was so awesome!! We both can't wait for the baby to arrive we are just so excited to start our family!! Well i think that is about it! have a nice day!!:D

PREGO!!!!

On Monday June 23, 2008 I went to the Dr. office to have a blood test to see if i was pregnant and Today June 24, 2008 At 3:00pm I got a call from the lab and was told that the test was positive! So Shane and I will be having our first baby sometime next year! I think it will be in March, but who knows?? So i will be posting quite a bit so that you can see me through out this wonderful adventure!! Shane and I are still in shock about it because we weren't really expecting it so if we seem a little out of it (or at least me) then you'll know why... we both have said this is to good to be true! So i thought i would let you all know!! I hope to see you around!! Oh and by the way Kylee i'll let you rub my belly since i rubbed yours a ton when we were at Fer's B-day Party!! LOVE YA!!
